The final round of the Haltech V8 SuperUte Series Season for 2022 will honour the category\u2019s racing DNA with each competitor running nicknames on their race cars; a feature that will continue into next season.<\/p>\n
Originating during the first generation of the V8 Ute Racing Series, the fan-friendly marketing gimmick was an instant hit, with the likes of \u2018Sideways\u2019, \u2018Jazz Hands\u2019 and \u2018Big Sexy\u2019 becoming household names among the formula\u2019s fans. Those nicknames will make a comeback on the streets of Surfers Paradise this weekend, along with new monikers like \u2018Mudflap\u2019, \u2018Notzak\u2019 and \u2018Styles\u2019 for drivers who are new to the SuperUtes.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Australian born with Chilean parents.\u201d<\/p>\n DEAN \u201cTHE PROFESSOR\u201d BROOKING<\/strong>: \u201cThe Professor was given to me by the Excel committee back in 2015 because I was always reading regulations and looking for enhancements in every little aspect of vehicle set-up and build.\u201d<\/p>\n CRAIG “BIG SEXY” WOODS:<\/strong> “I was crowned \u201cworld\u2019s sexiest man\u201d in a competition on my bucks cruise in 2015, and I love hip hop and Biggy Small\u2019s.
