BROCK STINSON SET FOR V8 SUPERUTES DEBUT IN TASMANIA WITH SIEDERS RACING TEAM

Emerging New South Wales talent Brock Stinson will make his debut in the Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series this weekend at the Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440, joining the grid with Sieders Racing Team at Symmons Plains Raceway.

The 22-year-old from Sydney arrives in Tasmania with one of the most diverse resumés in Australian motorsport, combining success behind the wheel with extensive engineering and race team experience across multiple national categories.

Stinson’s rapid rise through the sport has included race wins in national karting, race and round wins in both TGRA GR Cup and Scholarship Series, engineering roles in TCR Australia and World Tour programs and multiple Bathurst 6 Hour victories as part of championship-winning crews.

The partnership between Stinson Family Racing and Sieders Racing Team has already produced immediate success this season, where Stinson clean swept the opening round of GR Cup at Sydney Motorsport Park and currently leads the championship standings.

With backing from Anytime Finance, the young gun is ready to tackle one of the most competitive categories in Australian motorsport, making his debut in the #31 Ford Ranger V8 SuperUte.

“I’m absolutely stoked to be expanding my racing program with the Sieders Racing Team to make my V8 SuperUtes debut down at Symmons Plains,” Stinson said.

“The cars are powerful but heavy, making them challenging to drive and with a field as stacked as the 2026 grid, I’m very keen to see how I stack up against some of the best drivers in the country. The car looks awesome too; it’s bold, it’s bright and you certainly won’t miss it on TV!”

This won’t be the first time Stinson has partnered with Anytime Finance, which also supported him in the #77 Toyota GR86 in Class D at this year’s Bathurst 6 Hour at Easter alongside co-drivers Lachlan Platten and Annabelle Rolfo. Stinson qualified first in class but despite securing a comfortable lead during the race’s opening stint, the car retired after just over an hour due to engine issues.

Alongside his driving commitments this year, the Sydneysider is also part of the current SRT engineering program, working closely with fellow rising star Ashton Sieders as his coach in the TGRA Scholarship Series; it so happens that Sieders is also making his debut alongside Stinson in Tasmania this week.

Despite entering Round 2 as a rookie, Stinson’s expectations remain firmly focused on delivering results in line with his success with SRT already this year.

“While making my debut at a new circuit to myself in a category with such a highly competitive field presents a challenge, my goals for this weekend are no different to any other race weekend that I compete in,” said Stinson.

“I have no doubts that SRT will do everything they can to give me a car capable of winning and therefore, my goal will be to execute behind the wheel with no mistakes.

I’m extremely grateful to be representing Anytime Finance this weekend. It’s been quite the journey in my career so far, especially when it comes to finding the right people to support it. Anytime Finance has been exactly that, a sponsor who doesn’t just help me reach my goals on the track but one that also makes a real difference for everyday people and businesses by helping them secure the lending they need.”
